Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Grease and flour 6 mini bundt pans.
  3. Beat the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add the milk, brandy, and vanilla and about 1/3 cup of flour and beat for about five minutes.
  5. Sift in the rest of the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Beat just until blended.
  6. Add the seeds and mix just until combined.
  7. Divide into cake pans and bake for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cooled cakes.
